Prepare the Croutons

Make Cornbread Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss the cubed cornbread with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.

Prepare Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
