French Toast Preparation

Prepare the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Soak the Bread
Dip each slice of Texas toast into the batter, ensuring both sides are coated. Let the excess batter drip off.

Cook the French Toast
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the soaked Texas toast slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
