Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, sauté the diced onions over medium heat until translucent. Add the fresh spinach and roasted red peppers, cooking until the spinach is wilted. Remove from heat.

Mix Egg Base
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Combine Ingredients
Gently fold in the sautéed vegetables and lump crab meat into the egg mixture.

Bake the Frittata
Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe skillet or baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.

Cool and Serve
Allow the frittata to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm, topped with tomato relish and drizzled with remoulade sauce.
