Sides

Method

Sides

  1. 1

    Roast Baby Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half.

  2. 2

In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 3

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden and tender, turning halfway through.

Dessert

  1. 4

    Make Chocolate Cake

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

  2. 5

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

  3. 6

Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.

  4. 7

Carefully stir in boiling water until the batter is well combined (the batter will be thin).

  5. 8

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. 9

Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
