    Prepare the Marinade

    In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

    Marinate the Wings

    Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them well until they are evenly coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.

    Preheat the Smoker

    Preheat your smoker to 250°F (120°C).

    Smoke the Wings

    Place the marinated wings on the smoker grates and smoke for about 2 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

    Serve

    Remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with celery sticks and your choice of Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing.
