Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice to chill while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the Conniption Gin, fresh squeezed lime juice, and super fine sugar. Shake well until the sugar is dissolved.

Combine and Top with Soda
Strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water and add the hopped grapefruit bitters.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lime wheel if desired and serve immediately.
