Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Hash Browns

In a skillet, heat oil or butter over medium-high heat. Add the hash browns and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausage and Bacon

In another skillet, cook the breakfast sausage links according to package instructions. In the same skillet, add bacon strips and cook until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. 3

    Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet, crack the eggs and fry them to your preferred doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Sandwich

Toast the brioche buns until golden. On the bottom half of each bun, layer pulled pork, cooked sausage, bacon strips, a fried egg, and a slice of cheddar cheese. Drizzle with bourbon BBQ sauce and top with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the sandwiches with a side of hash browns and mixed fruit.
