Muddle the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh basil leaves with apple cider vinegar and honey until fragrant.

Add Bourbon and Simple Syrup
Pour in the Evan Williams 1783 Bourbon and simple syrup into the shaker.

Shake it Up
Add ice to the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top with soda water.

Garnish and Enjoy
Garnish with additional basil leaves and serve immediately.
