Pancake Preparation
- 1
Make the Pancake Batter
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
- 2
Cook the Pancakes
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.
Sides Preparation
- 3
Cook the Bacon and Sausage
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, add the sausage links and cook according to package instructions until browned and cooked through.
- 4
Prepare the Charcuterie Board
Arrange the silver dollar pancakes on a large serving board. Add the crispy bacon, cooked sausage links, homemade mixed berry jam, apple butter, and maple syrup in small bowls or on the side. Serve warm.
