Cook the Penne
Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Pancetta
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced pancetta and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Make the Sauce
Stir in the tomato fondue and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked penne to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Serve with Burrata
Plate the pasta and top each serving with a piece of burrata cheese. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
