Method

Meatballs

  1. 1

    Prepare the meatballs

In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into small balls. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Parma Prosciutto & Jumbo Prawns

  1. 2

    Cook the prawns

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add jumbo prawns and sauté for about 5 minutes or until they turn pink. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

Ahi Tuna & Involtini

  1. 3

    Grill the vegetables and tuna

Grill sliced eggplant and zucchini until tender. Wrap with provolone cheese and basil leaves. Sear ahi tuna cubes for 1-2 minutes on each side until seared but rare inside.

Grilled Artichoke Hearts & Arancini

  1. 4

    Prepare artichokes and arancini

Grill artichoke hearts until charred. Serve with pre-made arancini.

Peperonata & House Pesto

  1. 5

    Make the peperonata

In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic until softened. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 6

    Prepare the house pesto

In a blender, combine basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
