Prepare the Dips
In separate bowls, prepare each dip by combining the ingredients as follows: - For Hummus: Blend 1 cup of cooked chickpeas, 2 tbs of olive oil, 1 clove minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste. - For Baba Ganoush: Roast 1 eggplant, scoop out the flesh, and blend with 2 tbs of tahini, 1 clove minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt until creamy. - For Tzatziki: Mix 1 cup of strained yogurt with 1 grated cucumber, 1 clove minced garlic, olive oil, and salt. Chill before serving. - For Muhammara: Blend 1 cup of roasted red peppers, 1 cup of walnuts, 1 clove minced garlic, olive oil, and spice with salt and paprika. - For Labneh: Strain yogurt overnight to thicken. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Assemble the Platter
Arrange each dip in a separate small bowl on a large platter. Garnish with fresh parsley, a drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of paprika. Serve with pita bread, vegetable sticks, or crackers.
