Salmon Cakes

Method

Prepare Salmon Cakes

1

Cook the Salmon

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Let cool, then flake the salmon into a bowl.

2

Mix Ingredients

In the bowl with flaked salmon, add breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

3

Form Patties

Shape the mixture into two patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Prepare Lemon Dill Sauce

4

Combine Sauce Ingredients

In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Prepare Potato Wedges

5

Season and Bake

Toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 30-35 minutes until crispy and golden.

Prepare Slaw

6

Mix Slaw Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
