Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grape juice, sugar, citric acid, and water. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

2

Add Yeast

Sprinkle the yeast over the mixture and stir gently. Cover with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for about 24 hours.

Fermentation

3

Ferment the Wine

Transfer the mixture to a fermentation vessel. Fit with an airlock and let it ferment in a dark, cool place for about 2-4 weeks, until bubbling stops.

Bottling

4

Bottle the Wine

Once fermentation is complete, carefully siphon the wine into sterilized bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal the bottles with corks.

5

Infuse with Fruits

Add the sliced strawberries, raspberries, and mint leaves to each bottle. Let the wine age for another 1-2 weeks to enhance the flavors.

Serving

6

Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the wine for a few hours before serving. Pour into glasses and enjoy the refreshing flavors of Magnetic Hill Reflections Rosé.
