Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine the wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the wings evenly.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Bake or Fry the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a fryer. If baking, place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy, turning halfway. If frying, cook the wings in hot oil for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 3

    Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and combine it with hot sauce. Stir until well blended, then remove from heat.

  2. 4

    Old Bay Honey Sauce

In a bowl, mix honey and Old Bay seasoning together until smooth.

  3. 5

    Korean BBQ Sauce

Simply pour Korean BBQ sauce into a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

  4. 6

    Lemon Pepper Parmesan Sauce

In a bowl, mix lemon juice, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.

Serving

  1. 7

    Coat the wings

Once the wings are cooked, place them in a large bowl and pour your choice of sauce over the wings. Toss them until well coated.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve the wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce and celery sticks on the side.
