Prepare the wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine the wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the wings evenly.

Bake or Fry the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a fryer. If baking, place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy, turning halfway. If frying, cook the wings in hot oil for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and combine it with hot sauce. Stir until well blended, then remove from heat.

Korean BBQ Sauce
Simply pour Korean BBQ sauce into a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Lemon Pepper Parmesan Sauce
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
Serving

Coat the wings
Once the wings are cooked, place them in a large bowl and pour your choice of sauce over the wings. Toss them until well coated.
