Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

Once the water reaches a boil, remove it from heat and stir in 1 cup of granulated sugar until fully dissolved.

Add the 4 black tea bags to the hot water-sugar mixture, and allow to steep for about 5-7 minutes. Adjust steeping time for desired strength.

After steeping, carefully remove the tea bags from the mixture.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the tea mixture for added flavor.
