Coat the Chicken
Take each chicken tender, first dredge it in the flour, shaking off the excess, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in the seasoned breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Repeat the coating process for all chicken tenders and place them on a plate.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.

Fry the Chicken Tenders
Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the skillet, frying them in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
