Prepare the Fries

Cook the French Fries
Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries package. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Season the Fries
Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with paprika and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
Prepare the Cheesesteak

Slice the Vegetables
Thinly slice the medium onions and tomatoes. Shred the lettuce and set it aside.

Cook the Onions
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are soft and translucent.

Melt the Cheese
Once the meat is cooked, lower the heat and place the slices of Cooper sharp American cheese over the meat. Cover the skillet for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melted.
Assemble the Sandwich

Prepare the Hoagie Rolls
Split the hoagie rolls open, but do not cut all the way through. You can lightly toast them in the oven for added texture if desired.

Fill the Rolls
Spoon the cheesesteak mixture into each hoagie roll, then top with shredded lettuce and slices of tomato.
Serve

Plate the Dish
Serve the cheesesteaks alongside the seasoned fries on a plate. Enjoy hot!
