Preparing the Creamy Dill Sauce

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Set aside.

Sauté the Asparagus
In a skillet over medium heat, add the asparagus. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy. Remove from heat.

Season the Fish
Pat the rockfish filets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Pan-Seared Rockfish
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Once hot, add the rockfish filets skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown. Flip the filets and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
