Preparation of Ingredients

    Grate the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese and mix them in a bowl. Set aside.

    Prepare the Jalapeños

    Slice the fresh jalapeños into thin rounds. If you prefer less heat, remove the seeds.

Assembling the Nachos

    Layer the Chips

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). On a baking sheet, arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer.

    Evenly sprinkle the grated cheese mixture over the tortilla chips.

    Distribute the sliced jalapeños over the cheese-topped chips.

Baking
