Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Juices
In a clean juicer, extract the juice from fresh oranges until you have 250ml of freshly squeezed orange juice. Strain the juice if desired to remove pulp.
- 2
Prepare House Strawberry Mix
In a blender, add 200g of fresh strawberries and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to obtain a smooth mix. You can add sugar to taste if desired.
- 3
Prepare House Mango Mix
In a blender, add 200g of fresh or frozen mango chunks and blend until smooth. If using frozen mango, you may need to add a little water for blending. Strain if a smoother consistency is desired.

Mix and Serve
In champagne flutes, pour 125ml of freshly squeezed orange juice into each flute. Then, pour 125ml of William Wycliff Champagne over the juice. Repeat this for each of the three mixes, using the strawberry mix and mango mix in separate flutes. Serve immediately and enjoy the vibrant colors and refreshing flavors.
