Method

Fried Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare and Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Crack 4 eggs into the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the whites are set and yolks are cooked to your desired doneness, approximately 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Sausage and Bacon

  1. 2

    Cook the Sausage and Bacon

In the same skillet, add the sausage links and cook over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside. Next, add bacon slices to the skillet and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and place on paper towels to absorb excess grease.

French Toast

  1. 3

    Make the French Toast

In a bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1 cup of milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Cook each slice in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from heat and keep warm.

Toppings

  1. 4

    Assemble with Toppings

Place a slice of French toast on a plate, top with a slice of American cheese, followed by the fried egg, sausage, and bacon. Drizzle with syrup and sprinkle powdered sugar on top as desired.

Home Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare the Home Fries

Dice the potatoes and onion into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced potatoes and onion, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy.
