Method

Prepare the Old Bay Aioli

    Mix the Aioli

    In a small bowl, combine 0.5 cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Stir until well mixed and set aside.

Prepare the Fries

    Cook Fries

    Follow the package instructions for the frozen seasoned fries. Typically, bake or fry them until golden brown and crispy.

Cook the Burger Patties

    Prepare the Patties

    Divide the 8 oz. of ground beef into two equal portions, form them into 4 oz. patties. Season each side with salt and black pepper.

    Cook the Patties

    Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top. Cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.

Assemble the Burger

    Build Your Burger

    On the bottom half of each brioche bun, layer a lettuce leaf, followed by a slice of tomato. Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheddar cheese on top. Add crispy onion straws, then drizzle with Old Bay aioli. Finally, close the burger with the top half of the brioche bun.
