Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Combining Wet Ingredients

Cream Butter and Sugars
In a large bowl, beat together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Combining Everything

Combine Dry and Wet Mixtures
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

Fold in Chocolate Chips
Gently fold in the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips using a spatula.
Baking

Scoop and Bake
Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
