Burger Preparation

Form the Patty
In a mixing bowl, take the ground beef and shape it into a round patty that is about ¾ inch thick. Season both sides of the patty with 1 tsp of Old Bay seasoning.

Crab Dip Preparation

Mix the Dip
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped green onions, and 1 tsp of Old Bay seasoning. Stir until well mixed and creamy.

Chill the Dip
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the crab dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Cook the Fries
Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions, typically baking them in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes or frying them until golden and crispy.

Season the Fries
Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with 1 tsp of Old Bay seasoning, tossing to coat evenly.

Assemble the Crabby Patty
On the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun, place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese. Top it with a generous scoop of the homemade crab dip and then place the top half of the bun over it.
