Method

Preparing Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Begin by flattening the chicken breasts to about 1 inch thick for even cooking. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

  2. 2

    Breading the Chicken

Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs. Dip each chicken breast first in flour, then in eggs, and finally in bread crumbs, ensuring an even coating.

  3. 3

    Frying the Chicken

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken breasts. Fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Making Garlic Aioli

  1. 4

    Prepare the Aioli

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic (smash and finely chop garlic cloves), lemon juice, and salt to taste. Mix well and set aside.

Assembling Sliders

  1. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

Slice the mini brioche buns in half. Spread a generous amount of garlic aioli on the bottom half, add a piece of fried chicken, top with pickles, and close with the top half of the bun.
