Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, crack the two eggs. Cook until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your preference. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.

Breakfast Meat

  1. 2

    Cook the Breakfast Meat

In the same skillet, cook two slices of bacon and/or two sausage links until crispy and browned. If using ham, heat the slices until warmed through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Pancakes

  1. 3

    Make the Pancake Batter

In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of flour, 2 tsp of baking powder, 2 tbs of sugar, and 1 tsp of salt. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, and 2 tbs of melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  2. 4

    Cook the Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Keep warm while you prepare the rest.

Waffle/French Toast

  1. 5

    Make the French Toast

For French toast, whisk together 1 egg, 1 tbs of milk, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and 0.5 tsp of vanilla extract. Dip a slice of French bread into the mixture, coating both sides. In a skillet, cook until golden brown on both sides.

  2. 6

    Cook the Waffle (optional)

If using a waffle mix, prepare according to package instructions. Cook in a preheated waffle maker until golden brown and crispy.
