Prepare the Bison Patty
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground bison meat with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form the Patty
Shape the mixture into a round patty, approximately ¾ inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of the patty to prevent it from puffing up while cooking.

Add Cheese
Flip the patty, then place a slice of cheese on top. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for medium.
Assembling the Burger

Prepare the Bun
Toast the brioche bun lightly on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of the toasted bun, place the lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked bison patty with cheese, and top it with a slice of tomato. Cover with the top half of the bun.

Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cook according to package instructions, usually around 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
