Burger Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Beef Patties
In a large bowl, divide the ground beef into four equal portions (8 oz each) and shape them into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
- 2
- 3
Grill the Patties
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the patties with salt and pepper, then grill for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the patties and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each. Cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the desired doneness is reached.
- 4
Toast the Buns
While the patties are cooking, cut the brioche buns in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- 5
- 6
Prepare the Seasoned Fries
Prepare seasoned fries according to package instructions, or fry fresh fries until golden and crispy. Season with salt to taste.
