Method
Preparation of Bagels

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice each everything bagel in half horizontally.

Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet cut side up.

Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
Assembling the Bagels

Spread Cream Cheese
Once the bagels are toasted, take them out of the oven and spread approximately 50 grams of cream cheese evenly on each half.

Add Smoked Salmon
Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese, distributing it evenly across the bagel halves.

Add Red Onion and Capers
Thinly slice the red onion and sprinkle it over the smoked salmon. Add capers on top for additional flavor.
Preparing the Side of Fruit

Wash and cut the mixed fruit into bite-sized pieces if necessary.

Arrange the mixed fruit on the side of the plate next to the assembled bagels.
