Method

Egg Preparation

  1. 1

    Crack and Whisk Eggs

In a bowl, crack the 3 eggs. Add salt and black pepper. Whisk until well combined and slightly frothy.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the whisked eggs and let them cook undisturbed for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to set.

  3. 3

    Scramble or Fry

Using a spatula, gently scramble the eggs or let them cook until they are fully set for fried eggs. Cook to your desired doneness.

Breakfast Meat Preparation

  1. 4

    Cook Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 5

In the same skillet, cook the sausage links for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.

  3. 6

    Cook Turkey Bacon

If using turkey bacon, cook it in the same skillet as the regular bacon for about 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy.

Side Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare Hash Browns

If using frozen hash browns, cook according to package instructions in a skillet until golden brown and crispy.

  2. 8

    Prepare Fresh Fruit

Wash and cut fresh fruit into bite-sized pieces. Serve in a small bowl.

  3. 9

    Slice Avocado

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh. Serve alongside the eggs.

Toast Preparation

  1. 10

    Toast Bread

Choose your preferred bread (whole wheat, white, or sourdough) and toast it in a toaster or under a broiler until golden brown.
