Prepare the Meats

Prepare Smoked Pulled Pork
If using smoked pulled pork, ensure it is reheated. Place the pulled pork in a saucepan over low heat until warmed throughout, stirring occasionally.

Prepare Chopped Prime Brisket
If using chopped prime brisket, place it in a separate saucepan over low heat until warmed through, stirring to avoid sticking.
Assemble the Tacos

Warm the Tortillas
In a skillet over medium heat, warm each flour tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side, or until they are pliable and slightly toasted.

Fill the Tacos
For each taco, place a generous portion of either smoked pulled pork or chopped prime brisket in the center of the tortilla. Aim for about 1/4 cup of meat per taco.

Add Toppings
Top the meat with shredded cheddar cheese, a spoonful of salsa, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of chopped red onions to taste.
Serve

Presentation
Arrange the assembled tacos on a serving platter and serve immediately while warm. Each guest can enjoy two tacos.
