Spinach Artichoke Dip

Flatbread

Method

Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the fresh spinach and artichoke hearts, and mince the garlic.

  2. 2

    Mix the Dip

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

  3. 3

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Flatbread

  1. 4

    Make the Dough

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the olive oil and water, and mix until a dough forms.

  2. 5

    Knead the Dough

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

  3. 6

    Roll Out the Flatbreads

Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each portion out into a thin circle, about 1/4 inch thick.

  4. 7

    Cook the Flatbreads

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until puffed and lightly browned.
