Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Cream Butter and Sugars
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

Fold in Chocolate and Toffee
Gently fold in the chocolate chips and toffee bits until evenly distributed.

Scoop and Bake
Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Cool and Enjoy
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.

Melt Butter and Mix Sugars
In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, and salt.

Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. If desired, fold in chocolate chips.

Bake the Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
