Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix Meat and Cheese
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, grated Romano cheese, and ricotta cheese.

Form Meatballs
Using your hands, mix all the ingredients until well combined, then shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

Bake the Meatballs
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
Preparing Barbecue Sauce

Mix Sauce Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine the barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.

Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through and slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Serving

Combine Meatballs and Sauce
Once the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the oven and toss them in the warm barbecue sauce until well coated.
