Preparation

Prepare the Brisket
If you haven't already, smoke the brisket according to your preferred method until tender. Once cooked, shred or chop the brisket into small pieces.

Prepare the Chips
In a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter, spread the tortilla chips in an even layer.
Topping

Add Brisket
Evenly distribute the smoked brisket over the tortilla chips.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the brisket and chips.

Add Jalapeños
Evenly distribute the jalapeños over the cheese layer.
Baking

Bake the Nachos
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving

Drizzle with BBQ Sauce
Remove the nachos from the oven and drizzle the BBQ sauce over the top.

Serve the brisket nachos immediately while they're hot and cheesy.
