Method
Prepare Sausage Patties
Make the Patties
In a bowl, combine the pork sausage, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape into patties.
Flatten the Patties
Place each patty between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten them with a heavy skillet or a meat mallet until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
Cook Sausage and Eggs
Cook the Sausage
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the flattened sausage patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
Assemble the Dish
Add Cheese
Once the sausage patties are cooked, place a slice of American cheese on each patty. Cover the skillet for about a minute to melt the cheese.
Prepare Macha Honey
In a small bowl, mix together the honey and matcha powder until well combined.
Prepare Tater Tots
Cook the Tater Tots
Prepare the frozen tater tots according to package instructions, usually baking them in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Mix the Dip
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and mayonnaise to create a creamy dip.
