Preparing the Eggs

In a non-stick frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat until melted.

Whisk the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with salt and black pepper until well combined.

Cook the Eggs

Pour the egg mixture into the heated pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring gently until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.

Making the Guacamole

Prepare the Avocados

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

Mash the Avocados

Use a fork to mash the avocados to your desired level of creaminess.

Add Ingredients

Stir in lime juice, salt, garlic powder, chopped cilantro, and diced tomato until well mixed.

Making the Queso

Combine Queso Ingredients

In a saucepan over low heat, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and cream cheese until melted and smooth.

Add Salsa Fresca

Once the cheese mixture is smooth, stir in the salsa fresca and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.

Frying

Heat Oil

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.

Carefully add the cooked eggs to the skillet and fry for 1-2 minutes until slightly crispy on the edges.

Serving

On a plate, layer the fried eggs, generous spoonfuls of guacamole, and pour the queso over the top.
