Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Proteins

In a medium bowl, combine the chili paste, minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken, beef, shrimp, and seafood, ensuring that each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Proteins

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the marinated proteins from the refrigerator. Cook the chicken and beef for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Cook the shrimp and seafood for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Salad

In a large serving bowl, place the spring mix greens as the base. Slice the cooked chicken and beef into thin strips and arrange them on top of the greens. Add the cooked shrimp and seafood.

  4. 4

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the salad. Drizzle with additional lime juice if desired, and serve immediately.
