Make the Stir-Fry Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until it starts to soften.

Add the Stir-Fry Sauce
Pour the prepared stir-fry sauce over the vegetables in the skillet. Stir well to coat all the vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.

Finish with Sweet Basil
Add the fresh sweet basil leaves to the skillet and toss everything together for an additional minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve
Serve the stir-fried vegetables hot over a bed of the steamed veggies. Enjoy your Prik Pow!
