Directions
- 1
Prepare the Crab Legs
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the king crab legs to the boiling water and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through. Remove from water and let cool slightly, then split the legs to expose the meat.
- 2
Make the Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot. In a separate pan, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the garlic butter to the potatoes along with milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
- 3
Prepare the Drawn Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat until fully melted and slightly bubbling. Keep warm for serving.
