Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Cut the paneer into cubes, bell peppers into strips, and chop the onion and tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat the Oil

In a karahi or wok, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle.

  3. 3

    Sauté Onions and Ginger-Garlic Paste

Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. Then, add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.

  4. 4

    Add Tomatoes and Spices

Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and oil starts to separate.

  5. 5

    Incorporate Paneer and Bell Peppers

Add the paneer cubes and bell peppers to the mixture. Gently stir to coat them with the spices and cook for about 5-7 minutes.

  6. 6

    Finish with Garam Masala

Sprinkle garam masala on top and mix well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  7. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
