Prepare the Bread
Slice the Italian bread into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Brush each side with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.

Toast the Bread
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Remove from the oven and set aside.

Prepare the Topping
Dice the fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basil leaves, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine.

Assemble the Bruschetta
Top each toasted bread slice with a generous spoonful of the tomato and mozzarella mixture.

Drizzle with Balsamic Reduction
Finish by drizzling aged balsamic reduction over each bruschetta and serve immediately.
