Preparing the Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix the olive oil and a pinch of salt. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Making the Teriyaki Sauce

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Bring to a simmer.

Thicken the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Gradually add this mixture to the saucepan, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.

Plate the Dish
Once the chicken is grilled, slice it into strips. Arrange on a serving platter, drizzle with teriyaki sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
