Combine Ingredients
In a large pot, combine the beef broth, soy sauce, mirin, sliced ginger, smashed garlic cloves, and chopped green onions. Add sesame oil for extra flavor.
- 2
Simmer the Broth
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Cook the Noodles

Boil the Noodles
While the broth is simmering, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions in a separate pot. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Beef

Season and Cook the Beef
Season the thinly sliced beef sirloin with salt and black pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned but still tender. Remove from heat.

In serving bowls, place a portion of the cooked ramen noodles. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles, then top with the seared beef, soft-boiled eggs, nori strips, and bean sprouts. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
