Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rigatoni pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken
While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of olive oil, and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet, let it rest for a few minutes, and then slice into strips.

Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream, and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper, and mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Combining Ingredients

Combine Everything
Add the cooked rigatoni, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, sliced chicken, and shrimp to the sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and the spinach is wilted.
