Main Entrees

1

Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest before slicing.

2

Roast the Vegetables

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Chop bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly caramelized.

3

Bake the Salmon

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon fillets on a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Season with lemon juice, salt, and dill. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

4

Prepare the Stuffed Peppers

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds. In a bowl, mix cooked rice, black beans, corn, salt, and pepper. Fill each pepper with the mixture and place in a baking dish. Add a little water to the bottom of the dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Salads and Sides

5

Prepare the Caesar Salad

In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, croutons, and parmesan cheese. Toss well to coat and serve immediately.

6

Make the Garlic Bread

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread butter and minced garlic over slices of bread. Sprinkle with parsley and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

7

Mix the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, and coleslaw dressing. Toss until well mixed and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Dessert

8

Bake the Brownies

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and mix until combined. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

9

Prepare the Fruit Salad

Chop assorted fresh fruits (such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and pineapple) into bite-sized pieces. Toss together in a large bowl and serve chilled.
