Fruits
Method
Preparation
Wash and Prepare Fruits
Thoroughly wash all the fruits under running water to remove any dirt or pesticides. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Slice the Kiwi
Peel the kiwis and slice them into rounds or half-moons, depending on your preference.
Cut the Pineapple
Remove the skin and core of the pineapple, then cut it into bite-sized chunks.
Prepare the Watermelon
Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh using a melon baller or cut it into cubes.
Segment the Oranges
Peel the oranges and remove any white pith. Segment the oranges by cutting between the membranes to release the individual slices.
Assembly
Arrange the Fruits
On a large platter, start by placing the watermelon cubes as a base. Then, artistically arrange the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi slices, pineapple chunks, grapes, orange segments, and raspberries on top.
Final Touches
You can use mint leaves for garnish if desired. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.
