Cookie Cup Ingredients

Method

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until well combined.

  3. 3

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

  4. 4

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.

  5. 5

Scoop the cookie dough into a greased muffin tin, pressing it down into the bottom and up the sides to form a cup shape.

  6. 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

  7. 7

Once the cookie cups are completely cool, fill each cup with a scoop of ice cream.
