Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the potato buns in half. On the bottom half of each bun, place a generous amount of pulled pork. Top with a scoop of apple coleslaw and drizzle with pepper sauce to taste. Place the top half of the bun on to complete the sandwich.

Serve the pulled pork sandwiches warm with additional pepper sauce on the side, if desired.
